“You chose which child to sacrifice.”
Rosa replied:
“Poverty forced the choice. I still made it.”
Maya rejected the moral framing.
“You created the system that made that choice necessary.”
The worker council temporarily removed Rosa from leadership pending review.
Victoria, Adrian, and associated attorneys were formally indicted.
Auditors then discovered Maya’s signature on multiple pension transfers executed while she worked under Victoria.
