Thomas admitted authorizing temporary chemical storage near worker housing after a wildfire damaged the disposal site. Eleanor continued for years to save money. “I believed it would last one week,” he said. Ana answered, “Poor families always hear ‘temporary’ from people making permanent money.” Thomas surrendered his assets and accepted charges. Workers created a resident-controlled health fund. Grant was convicted of assault, coercion and conspiracy. Eleanor lost the mansion, foundation and voting rights she treated as birthrights. Celeste testified and renounced the promised inheritance. Olivia served as worker-board counsel but refused the chair. At sentencing, Eleanor sneered, “You dressed like us, married us and still pretend you are different.” Olivia replied, “I am different because I can give back what was never mine.” Then experts reconstructed the glass. A fingerprint beneath the stem belonged to Ana. Footage showed her placing it in Olivia’s hand before the shove.
