She did not deny threatening Rosa.

Elena stepped between her and Noah.
“You protected a surname by using my childhood as a weapon.”
Eleanor said Rosa had demanded control of the company without understanding business.
Margaret placed old payroll books on the piano.
“The workers understood enough to surrender pay when your banks refused another loan.”
Julian removed his family signet ring and set it beside the ledger.
“I will not defend ownership built from coercion.”
Vanessa accused him of throwing away his inheritance for a maid.
He replied, “She worked for every dollar. You inherited the right to insult her.”
Investigators found that Eleanor’s clinic had prepared incapacity orders for fourteen worker trustees.
