Chapter 6 - THE MAN WHO HID HER MOTHER.

Julian admitted finding Rosa six months earlier after reviewing his father’s hidden accounts.
He said Rosa begged him to wait until she could identify every stolen worker share.
Elena stepped away from him.
“You decided I could survive six more months without my mother because your investigation needed perfect timing.”
Julian lowered his eyes.
“I thought evidence would protect everyone.”
“Evidence did not wake up believing she was dead.”
Rosa arrived under federal protection before midnight.
She embraced Noah first, then faced Elena without demanding forgiveness.
Vanessa accused them of staging a reunion to seize the company.
Rosa opened the deposit box and revealed that Vanessa’s father had purchased employee debt, then forced workers to trade ownership for rent relief.
The ballroom guests had invested in those debt funds.
Silence replaced their sympathy.
Then Rosa produced the original marriage agreement between Julian and Vanessa.

Noah’s birth certificate had been sealed by Eleanor.
