Grant had used Lily’s newborn fingerprint on a trust document naming himself permanent custodian of Anna’s shares.
He argued that infants could not manage corporate ownership.
Rosa replied, “Neither can men who steal from them.”
The employee council petitioned to void every transfer and place the estate under independent control. No Ashford heir, including Lily, received automatic authority.
Anna supported the decision.
“My daughter deserves safety, not a throne built from workers’ wages.”
Grant offered names of corrupt judges and clinic executives in exchange for immunity.
Eleanor refused on behalf of the board.
“Truth is not a currency you spend after being caught.”

But another figure stood beside him, signing the order.
The camera angle revealed Vanessa.
