Millions donated for low-income students had been transferred into private property companies controlled by Celeste and Dr. Hale.
One of those companies purchased the mansion.
Another paid for the diamond necklace.
Celeste called the transfers administrative investments.
Adrian answered, “Students lost tuition so you could wear their future around your neck.”
The records also showed Elena had confronted the foundation board before the car accident.
She refused a settlement requiring her silence.
Three days later, the brakes on her vehicle failed.
Dr. Hale said there was no proof of sabotage.
Nora opened a maintenance invoice.
The clinic paid a mechanic to inspect Elena’s car hours before the crash.
The mechanic later received a scholarship grant for his daughter.
Celeste seized on that.
“You see? The foundation helped his family.”
Rosa looked at her with open disgust.
“You create desperation, buy one terrified person, then call the payment charity.”
Adrian froze all foundation accounts and contacted federal investigators.
Celeste laughed.
“You cannot freeze what you no longer control.”
The deed had transferred the mansion, but another document transferred Adrian’s voting shares.
His signature appeared again.
This time, the witness was Rosa.
She stared at the page.
“I never signed that.”
Then Adrian noticed the ink.
The signature came from an old immigration form Rosa had completed fifteen years earlier.
Someone had copied it.
