Elena refused to claim the mansion through a forged acceptance.
“I will not answer stolen property with another convenient signature.”
An analyst traced the writing to Vivian’s assistant. Vivian planned to place the estate in Elena’s name, declare her unstable, then seize it through spousal guardianship after the fake divorce failed.
Richard would purchase it through a shell company.
Adrian stared at his mother.
“You made my wife look powerful on paper so she could be powerless in court.”
The worker council voided the transfer and restored the estate to the original trust. Retired staff received housing protection, unpaid wages and independent representation.
Vivian, Richard, Dr. Price and participating guards faced separate investigations. Adrian and Elena testified about documents they signed, ignored or concealed without asking love to excuse them.
Then investigators enhanced audio from the hidden corridor.
On the night Elena was confined, another woman told Vivian, “Do not touch her. She is carrying the last Mercer heir.”
Adrian turned to Elena.
“You were pregnant?”
Elena shook her head.
