Chapter 5 - THE PUBLIC BROADCAST.
Julian was hosting a massive charity gala downstairs to boost his upcoming political campaign.
Hundreds of wealthy donors, local politicians, and members of the media were gathered in the ballroom.
Clara did not hesitate.
She routed the nursery's live microphone and the smart bottle's chemical analysis directly to the ballroom's public-address system.
“Julian, I know about the forged psychiatric evaluation,” Clara's voice boomed through the internal speakers.
Outside the door, Julian stopped pounding.
“What are you doing?” he demanded through the intercom, panic finally entering his voice.
“I am sending the smart bottle's data to every screen in the ballroom,” Clara replied coldly.
Downstairs, the ambient classical music was suddenly cut off.
The holographic biohazard report and Agnes's cruel face appeared on every massive LED screen at the gala.
The audio of Julian demanding entry into a quarantined room echoed over the wealthy guests.
“My husband and his nanny just attempted to drug my infant son to steal his trust fund,” Clara announced clearly.
Agnes lunged forward to rip the microphone from the wall.
Clara sidestepped the older woman, and Agnes collided with the changing table before falling to the floor.
“The entire city can hear you, Julian,” Clara said, her professional composure returning.
The sound of chaos and frightened murmuring erupted through the audio feed from the ballroom.
Julian's carefully constructed public image was burning to the ground in real time.

But Clara's victory was interrupted by a loud mechanical grinding noise.
The heavy metal shutters over the windows suddenly began lifting on their own.
