Chapter 10 - THE DAUGHTER THEY NEVER EXPECTED TO SPEAK.

Charles admitted he was Emma’s biological father.
Years earlier, he had a relationship with Clara while she worked at the hotel.
When Victoria learned about the pregnancy, she threatened to fire Clara, cancel employee housing, and declare her unstable.
Charles chose silence.
Clara chose to raise Emma without the Vale name.
Emma looked at him steadily.
“Blood does not make you my father. Showing up after the camera exposes you does not either.”
Charles accepted the truth.
He transferred his personal shares into the worker trust and entered civil investigation for every document he signed.
Clara regained her legal identity.
The hotel became employee-controlled, with pensions restored through the sale of Vale properties and jewelry.
Room 9 became a public archive.
Emma’s bracelet was returned to her mother.
At Victoria’s sentencing, Emma said:
“You told me no one would believe me because I was a child. They did not believe me because you were rich.”
The judge ordered full restitution.
Then Marcus opened the last hidden camera file.
It showed another little girl entering Room 9 years earlier.
She wore the same ivory dress as Emma.

Clara whispered:
“Emma was not my only daughter.”
