Chapter 43 - THE CHOICE THAT COULD CLOSE ELEVEN FACTORIES.

The worker council had six hours to choose between arresting Thomas and keeping eleven factories alive.
Thomas offered a bargain: immunity, permanent control of the patent trust and silence regarding Plant Three.
Evelyn Price slammed the proposal onto the table.
“You killed our parents and still expect their children to save your name.”
Claire ordered engineers to copy the safety systems before the countdown ended.
Thomas laughed.
“The code requires my biometric authorization.”
Adrian stepped forward.

The room went silent.
Daniel Whitmore’s files showed Adrian had been registered secretly as co-trustee because Thomas Bennett believed the son of a worker ally might one day restore the patents.
Adrian placed his hand on the scanner.
